What I knew about Baby Wrapping Before I Tried Wrapy.
Zilch. With my first two children I used the cheapest baby sling you could buy from Wal-Mart and it was terrible. It made my shoulders sore, cut off the babies air supply and put pressure on my babies hips. I never liked my sling. With my newest addition I researched baby wraps and put them on my registry but never got one. I was excited to try wrapping.
At first I was a bit concerned that it was to long but it once you have it one it is a good fit. I love it! My baby is as snug as a bug in a rug. It is easy on my back and shoulders and my baby is comfortable. It is secure when used properly and the fabric is breathable and soft. This is my new go to baby carrier!
However I will warn beginners that the instructions are confusing. The video they provide is too fast to follow and not detailed enough. I was very frustrated trying to figure out how to get this thing to work. I’m glad I didn’t give up! I got on YouTube and within minutes got my Wrapy working. Press here to get the easy to follow video instructions. I woke my baby from her long nap and put her in it to test it out and she fell right back to sleep.
(Please excuse the clutter. With a new baby, two toddlers, a husband and a blog I have to pick my chores. Bookcase didn’t make the cut.)
