How to cookShark Steak

My husband and I were walking through the market when we saw a sale on Shark Steak. We had never tried shark and thought it would make a great stay at home date night adventure! So we fried up some shark and watched a movie. I have to admit it was the first time it felt like we were on a date in our living room. Also the Shark was delicious and has a unique taste that is far from chicken. How to cookShark Steak
