Easy Grilled Tilapia
This easy grilled tilapia is simple, inexpensive, and so wonderful it’s preposterous! This fish when cooked this way does not taste fishy.

Instructions
  1. Wash hands thoroughly.
  2. Lay out a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to wrap one fillet. Place the tilapia in the center.
  3. Begin to garnish the talapia with the kalamata olives, lemon, grape tomato, and basil leaves.
  4. Wrap the fish in foil rolling the ends to create a rectangle.
  5. Preheat your grill or griddle with medium high heat. (I used a cast iron griddle on my gas stove top)
  6. Place your tilapia on the grill and cook for five minutes on each side.
