Easy Grilled Tilapia

I got this recipe from Proud Italian Cook. This is the most aesthetically pleasing dish I have ever prepared. The reviews from my family made me feel so good I think I’ve become addicted to gourmet presentation.  The best compliment was “This dish is so wonderful it is preposterous.” I served this easy grilled tilapia with quinoa and salad. As if it couldn’t get any better this meal was inexpensive and quick to cook.I got this recipe from Proud Italian Cook. This is the most aesthetically pleasing dish I have ever prepared. Instructions
  1. Wash hands thoroughly.
  2. Lay out a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to wrap one fillet. Place the tilapia in the center.
  3. Begin to garnish the talapia with the kalamata olives, lemon, grape tomato, and basil leaves.
  4. Wrap the fish in foil rolling the ends to create a rectangle.
  5. Preheat your grill or griddle with medium high heat. (I used a cast iron griddle on my gas stove top)
  6. Place your tilapia on the grill and cook for five minutes on each side.
  7. Serve and enjoy! Please leave a comment if you try this recipe and let us know what you think.
Recipe Notes
